We aim to have all boats ready to board by 2.30pm, but there are rare occasions when this may not be possible. On your arrival we ask you to check in at reception to let us know you have arrived, where we will be able to let you know what time your boat will be ready to board. All staff report to the office when completed, so even if your boat looks ready, please do Not board your boat until you have spoken to reception. If you have arrived early and your boat is still being prepared for you, why not visit one of Datchet’s pubs/restaurants for lunch or pick up some groceries from one of our village shops.

Late Arrivals

If you are unable to arrive by 5pm, you can still board your boat but you may not be able to receive your trial run until the following morning. If you are going to arrive late, please telephone us on 01753 543930 with your arrival time so we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys and book a convenient time for your handover and trial run for the following morning.
