OUR MODERN FLEET
We operate a fleet of 15 cruisers ranging in size from 29ft, 2 berth motor cruiser to a 48ft, 10 berth motor cruiser. No other hire cruiser operator on the Thames has invested so much in either purchasing new boats or upgrading its fleet, which means that we have the most modern fleet on the Thames, with a low average boat age.
QUALITY GRADING SCHEME
We are members of the Visit Britain grading scheme the National Quality Assurance Standards. Boats and boatyards are independently assessed annually, by Visit Britain representatives and awarded ratings on a one to five star basis comparable to the hotel industry. Kris Cruisers boatyard has been awarded an overall rating of 4/5 stars.
The majority of Kris Cruisers boats have been awarded a Visit Britain Quality Rating of 5 stars. The rest of the fleet being awarded a rating of 4 stars. This is shown with each boat description.
Please note that all of our 5 star boats are now equipped with a DVD player as standard, and not a video player.
All boats have duvets for all berths.

ONE STAR (minimum requirements) Acceptable overall level of quality. Clean craft with good standards of customer care provided, along with an adequate provision and quality of furniture, furnishings and fittings. Television available. Galley equipped to meet all essential requirements. Pricing and conditions of bookings made clear, and information available to help you make the best of your break/holiday. |

TWO STAR (in addition to what is provided at one star) Quite good to good overall level of quality and customer care in all areas. Radio fitted. |

THREE STAR (in addition to what is provided at two star) Good to very good overall level of quality. Good standard of maintenance and decoration along with a good quality, and range, of furniture, furnishings and fittings. Generally more space available, Colour TV available. Lighting for each berth. |

FOUR STAR (in addition to what is provided at three star) Very good to excellent overall level of quality. High level of care and attention to detail is evident throughout, with higher comfort levels provided for guests. Maximum of two persons sleeping in cabins. |

FIVE STAR (in addition to what is provided at four star) Excellent to exceptional overall level of quality. Highest levels of décor, fixtures and fittings, together with excellent standards of management efficiency and guest care. Higher range of accessories and personal touches provided. Saloon / Living area not used as sleeping cabin in minimum berthage. 240 volts AC electrical power supply available. |
