Knowledgeable and helpful staff thorough induction to boat. Very clean and enough pots pans utensils no need to bring anything except food. Lady nicole perfect for 2 couples seating area roomy for a evening playing cards. Travelled to Henley on Thames overnight at windsor. Locks were straight forward but really need more than 2 people as most not manned in October. Plenty of hot water and strength showers. Straight forward to drive and easy to moor up. Highly reccomend.

Just wanted to send a quick email to say thanks for your professional, hassle free and very friendly service with our booking last week. William was fabulous with our orientation and made us feel comfortable and confident with what we were doing. Pam was so patient with the random Ocado issue?!?! And everyone we talked to or asked for help couldn’t have been friendlier it more helpful. The lady Jennifer was so clean and well stocked - we all fell in love with her! Your company are a rare find these days and if we ever get a chance to repeat this week- we will only come to you guys. We are already recommending you to friends, so hopefully your great service will pay off with even more bookings. Have a fabulous remainder to the peak season and keep up the great work.

What a fantastic find to discover Kris Cruisers and thank you all for helping to make it a brilliant holiday last week. Living in the south of England it had never occurred to me that a holiday on the Thames could be as good as this and as much fun, the right combination of peace and quiet with other times for activity with loads to do and places to visit and yet a feeling of being completely independent to decide when and where. For us, a great combination and in glorious late summer weather. Thanks to the helpful and friendly team for helping to make this all possible, an excellent service with attention to every detail. Didn't want the week to end, .... which means it's highly likely we'll be back again soon! Looking forward to planning our next holiday on the Thames and with Kris Cruisers.

Dear Kris Cruisers, As we are safely and happy back in Oslo, we would like to thank you ever so much for your excellent service and for the high standard of your boats. This year's 24-day 'cruise' with Lady Victoria was our 22nd cruise with a Lady. We have spent 437 nights on board a Lady, and we have been through 1612 locks. The furthest downstream we have been is Tedington, and Lechlade is our usual point of turnaround upstream We have loved and enjoyed every minute. The superb service from everybody at Kris Cruisers (of course in addition to a beautiful river) is the reason for us coming back year after year. Thank you, everybody at Kris Cruisers! I just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you all for the amazing day we had on Saturday. I have done a few day cruises with you and every time it has been amazing, all the staff are brilliant and so attentive and polite, its a great service that you provide. we will see you in a few weeks for our next day out. Once again a big thank you to you all.

Great staff great welcome and great boat. We had one issue with the key one evening - called the phone number at 8pm - they called back within 3 mins and arranged for a new key early next AM. All staff reasonable and friendly. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Hope to return soon! Thanks to you all.

We have just come back from a glorious, happy family week on Lady Annalise. Thank you! After having Lady Sophie in 2021 we have now just booked Lady Victoria for May 2023. I would like to say that Kris Cruisers staff are a credit to you. Always smiling and helpful, free gifts but very important. Also everyone is efficient and professional. That includes the valeting company. The gentleman thanked me for letting him know that we were vacating Lady Annalise and wished me a safe journey home. See you next year.
